WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
Operator and privacy contact
The legal operator identity has not yet been supplied. It must be established before this draft becomes a public privacy notice.
A public privacy contact address has not been configured. Use your existing operator contact channel.
The jurisdiction, relevant rights procedures and recipient disclosures still require operator review.

Browser and contact information
Essential cookies support sessions and form security. Selected signed-in forms retain editable drafts in browser tab storage. Current website assets include no analytics or advertising tracker integration; hosting access logs are a separate operational concern.
Contact preparation processes the text you submit on this application server and returns a review or download. It creates no support ticket and dispatches no email. Leave out sensitive documents and credentials.

AI-assisted workflows
When live AI is enabled, selected context is sent to OpenAI for the requested feature. Depending on the workflow, that may include career claims and source excerpts, job listings, Search priorities, document content or message context. Initial Profile confirmation can also initiate a Search proposal.
The application retains private request/result evidence and usage records. Its provider request disables stored responses. That setting does not guarantee zero provider retention or establish a provider training policy.
Provider-specific retention, processing terms and transfer disclosures must be reviewed and supplied by the operator before public launch.
YOUR RECORDS, YOUR CHOICES
Export and deletion
Keep a copy
Signed-in Settings lets you create an expiring ZIP export of your workspace records and original/generated files. The default download is available for one hour. Passwords, session tokens and identity mail records are excluded.
End access or delete records
Session revocation signs out access. Disabling sign-in retains records. Deleting your account is a separate explicit action that removes live account records, local artifacts, export archives and local mail.
Hashed erasure evidence remains. Interrupted physical cleanup requires an operator retry. Deletion cannot retrieve downloaded files or remove copies already held by employers or AI providers.
Keep your own copies of important work. Account export is not a qualified backup or disaster-recovery service.
