HELP CENTER

Find the answer. Keep moving.

Practical help with account access, career material, application review and returning to saved work.

Start with a guide

Getting started →

Create your account, build your Profile and evaluate your first role.

ACCOUNT ACCESS

Getting into your workspace.

Why can’t I sign in?

Check that you are using the email address registered for the account and the correct password. Complete the account-verification step if requested. Use Forgot password when you no longer know the password.

If a verification link has expired, use Resend verification. If a verification or reset message is unavailable, contact the account administrator through your existing channel or use Contact & support to prepare the details. Message delivery depends on this service’s current setup; see Access & pricing.

Can I create an account?

Registration is available on this instance. Verification is required; see Access & pricing for the current setup limitations.

Check account availability →

How do I sign out another session?

Once signed in, open Settings and Signed-in sessions. Revoke a selected session, or sign out every session. Revoking your current session signs you out too. Disabling sign-in retains records but requires an operator to re-enable access; export anything you need first.

PROFILE & SOURCES

Understand what your material changes.

Does uploaded content immediately change my Profile?

No. Open Review proposals to compare proposed facts with their supporting evidence, then confirm the changes you want. A plan can remain a plan; uncertainty can remain unresolved. Manual facts and corrections are also available.

My document could not be read. What can I do?

Open the saved source to see the specific problem. TXT, Markdown, DOCX and selectable-text PDF are supported. For a scanned or unreadable PDF, paste readable text or export a text-based version. Use the source’s explicit recovery action; its original and completed siblings remain saved.

Why did a LinkedIn URL not create facts?

A URL is a reference. Supply the actual profile content or readable career material so there is evidence to review. Recommendations based on a capture still need your choice; nothing publishes to LinkedIn automatically.

What does mutual fit mean?

One review compares your confirmed experience with the role’s qualifications. Another compares the role’s conditions with your saved Search requirements. Gaps, preference tradeoffs and missing information remain distinct. Fit is not a hiring prediction.

DOCUMENTS & APPLICATIONS

Know which stage you are at.

Does approval submit my application?

No. Open the exact DOCX and PDF files, record their review and approve the package you want to use. Apply through the employer’s process yourself, then record the actual application and materials. A download also does not establish submission.

I changed a document. Why does it need review again?

The edit produces new unapproved files. Open those exact renditions, check the changes and record their review before approving the new package. Earlier approved and submitted versions retain their own history.

Can I track an application made elsewhere?

Yes. Use the external or historical application option to record the real date and materials, then add activities, interview rounds and outcomes within that application.

Does copying a response mean it was sent?

No. Review and send the response through your own messaging tool. After sending, record the exact saved version and actual time separately. A later draft remains unsent until you separately record its sending.

Why is an assessment marked outdated?

The posting, Profile or Search requirements changed after the assessment was saved. Review the stated change and deliberately refresh the affected assessment. This does not rewrite earlier approved files or submitted materials.

PROGRESS & RECOVERY

Return to the work you already saved.

Closing the browser does not cancel saved work. Open Settings → Processing & recovery, or the result’s own progress link, to return to its saved request.

My request is waiting or processing.

Waiting means the request is saved but has not started. Processing means work has begun. You can leave and return later. If it stays waiting, include its task reference when asking for help. Avoid creating duplicate requests.

The request needs attention or could not finish.

Open its exact saved context to read the problem. Answer any required questions or correct the source. Resume only through the available recovery action after reviewing the saved request. Manual editing remains available where offered.

The result is uncertain. Should I start again?

The provider may have completed the request even though the result was not received. Ask the operator to review its recovery record before another AI attempt. Cancellation alone does not settle that uncertainty. Share the task reference rather than repeatedly creating a new request.

A form says the saved record changed.

Your entered details and the revision you reviewed remain available where supported. Copy any text you need, use the explicit reload action to inspect the current record, then deliberately reapply the changes. File uploads need selecting again after navigation or a failed upload.

YOUR RECORDS

Export, access and privacy.

Can I export or delete my workspace?

Settings offers a private archive of your records and original files. Save the download before its link expires. Deletion requires explicit confirmation and removes the live workspace. Export first if you want a copy; files you have already downloaded or shared remain outside that deletion.

What is shared when I request AI assistance?

The selected evidence and task context may be sent through the platform-managed provider when you explicitly request AI assistance. Provider retention depends on the account and endpoint. Manual entry and editing remain available. Read the privacy information for the current scope.

CONTACT & SUPPORT

Make the issue easier to understand.

Describe the page and action, what you expected and what happened. Include the time, the wording of an error and a saved task reference when relevant.

Illustrative request outline

  • Page: the screen you were using.
  • Action: the step you tried.
  • Expected: what you thought would happen.
  • Observed: the result and any error wording.
  • Reference: the saved task ID, if there is one.

Leave out passwords, verification links, access tokens and full private career documents. Contact & support prepares text for review and download, or sending through your own email client where a contact address is available. Preparing the request does not send it or create a support ticket.
